7가지 핵심가치 (7 Core Values)

W - Worship
하나님이 임재하시는 영감있는 예배를 통해 하나님을 높여드리고 성령님의 능력을 공급받습니다.
The worship with inspiration in God's Elusive Presence leads to exalting God and to being supplied the capability of the Holy Spirit.

E- Evangelism
예수님의 지상명령인 복음 전도를 통해 영혼을 살리고 아름다운 그리스도인의 삶을 통해 복음을 증거합니다.
The evangelism, which is the supreme order of Jesus Christ, leads to reviving a soul, and the Christians' beautiful life leads to Gospel Witness.

L - Love
하나님께서 보여주신 십자가의 사랑을 통해 가정, 이웃, 지역사회에 하나님의 사랑을 실천합니다.
The love of the Holy Cross, which God showed, leads to practicing God's love in home, neighbors, and community.

C - Conversion
하나님의 은혜로 그리스도인이 된 회심의 사건을 통해 역동적이고 기쁨이 넘치는 삶의 태도를 드러냅니다.
A case of conversion caused by God's grace leads to revealing the attitude of life that is dramatic and full of joy.

O - Obligation
창조주 하나님이 각 개인에게 주신 사명과 책임을 통해 하나님의 영광을 드러내려는 목적으로 사역합니다.
Mission and responsibility, which the Creator God gave to each indivisual, lead to doing the missionary work with the aim of trying to reveal God's glory.

M - Meeting
하나님께서 허락하신 모든 만남을 통해 우리 모두가 그리스도 안에서 한 형제 자매임을 믿고 서로를 축복합니다.
All the meetings permitted by God lead to allowing all of us to bless each other with believing that we are all brothers and sisters within Jesus Christ.

E - Education
하나님께서 주신 은사와 능력의 계발을 통해 주님의 제자로서 세상에 거룩한 영향력을 행사합니다.
The royal gift and the development in ability given by God lead to exercising holy influence upon the world as the Lord's disciple.

평신도를 세우는 교회 (Church of appointing the lay leaders)
영성과 제자훈련을 통해 평신도의 사도적 사명을 일깨워 그리스도의 사역을 이어가는 평신도를 세워 나가는 교회가 될 것입니다.
It will be a church that proceeds with appointing the lay leaders of continuing the Christian mission, by awakening apostolic mission through sprituality and disciplining.

지역사회를 책임지는 교회 (Churh of being responsible for community)
우리가 살고 있는 지역사회와 이민사회의 필요에 응답하며, 사회에 그리스도의 모범을 보일 것입니다.
The church will show a Christian model to society, while responding to the needs of community and immigration society of which we live in.

다음세대를 준비하는 교회 (Church of preparing for next generation)
주님의 자녀들을 말씀과 기도로 양육하며, 세상에 빛과 소금의 역할을 감당하는 하나님의 거룩한 영향력을 행사할 미래사회의 주인공들로 세상과 교회에 파송할 것입니다.
The church will bring up the Lord's children with the Word and prayers, and will dispatch to the world and a church as main characters in society, who are in charge of light and salt in the world.

계속 성숙하고 갱신되는 교회 (Church of continuing to be matured and upgraded)
계속된 성숙과 갱신을 통해 교회의 본질을 회복하고 교회의 사명을 이루어감을 통해 세상과 모든 교회에 모범이 될 것입니다.
The church will recover the essence of a church through the continuously full growth and upgrade, and will be a model of the world and all churches through proceeding with attaining the mission of a church.
